Pet Policy

  • Dogs & Cats Welcome
  • 2 Pets Maximum Per Apartment
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 First Pet + $250 Second Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $30 for the First Pet + $20 for the Second Pet
  • Veterinary Records Are Required at Move-in & May Be Requested at Renewal
  • Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids.
