2 Pets Maximum Per Apartment
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 First Pet + $250 Second Pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $25/Month for the First Pet, $20/Month for the Second Pet.
Veterinary Records Are Required at Move-in & May Be Requested at Renewal
Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids.
