At Renaissance at Galleria, we know how much your pet means to you. That’s why they’re allowed to join you at our Hoover, Alabama, community. Dogs and their owners love the off-leash pet park with agility training equipment.

Pet Policy

• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 for the 1st Pet, $150 for the 2nd
• Pet Rent: $30/month for the 1st, $15 for the 2nd pet
• Veterinary Records Required at Move-In
• Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids.
